yes. but after the recent IT amendment, you need to submit your pancard copy for your withdrawl.

You will receive the PF amount with accrued interest. From the pension fund, you will be entitled to a withdrawal benefit, calculated as salary multiplied by the factor indicated in Table D.
Note: According to Table D, the factor for 5 years is 5.02.
