Hi,
I'm Shilpa, and I'm working in a newly established consultancy. There are only two bosses: one is from the marketing field, and the other is from the finance field. There is no HR person in this consultancy, and I am the only person after both of my bosses. They have given me the responsibility to recruit the candidates. There are no other employees here. Even though it is my first job, they didn't provide me with any training. I am very frustrated about what to do. The company has no clients, and there is no work to do. I think I am just wasting my time. However, everybody advises me to continue the job for at least six months. This is my second month on the job, and I am unable to decide whether to continue or leave. If I leave the job, they will not provide me with an experience certificate, and my two months will also go to waste. If I continue this job for six months and then search for a new job, in the interview, I will be asked about my job responsibilities. I have no knowledge of recruitment despite having six months of experience.
Please suggest what I should do, whether to continue or leave.
Please suggest me.

Hi Shilpa,
Hmm... If you are looking for experience, I suggest that you need to change jobs. Based on what you mentioned, you have nothing to do in this company. Even though you receive your experience certificate, will you truly have the experience when you join another company?
All the best in your future.
Best regards,
