Dear Seniors, I was an employee of the above-mentioned organization for a period of 8 months (2 Jan 12 to 30 Sep 12). They have been deducting some amount as PF from my salary. Recently, I contacted them to recover my debited PF amount. However, they have not been responsive to my repeated inquiries. It has also come to my attention that they have not deposited the debited PF amount. Furthermore, I have learned that they have been engaging in this practice with all employees since their startup, and around 150+ employees are victims of this fraud.
I have all the email conversations I had during my employment at the above-mentioned organization as evidence. I can forward all the emails to you for further review. Additionally, please find the attached payslip from my joining date.
Kindly assist me in recovering my PF amount and stopping such fraudulent activities by the above-mentioned organization. Please advise me on how to proceed.
I look forward to your valuable response.

In this situation, it is crucial to take steps to recover your deducted PF amount. Here's a practical guide on how to proceed:
1. Contact the Regional Provident Fund Office: Reach out to the nearest PF office or visit their website to understand the process for lodging a complaint regarding the non-deposit of PF contributions by your employer.
2. Submit Complaint: Prepare a formal complaint including details of your employment, salary slips showing PF deductions, and any other relevant documents. Submit this complaint to the PF office either physically or through their online portal.
3. Legal Action: If the PF office does not provide a satisfactory resolution, consider seeking legal advice. Labor laws in India protect employees' rights regarding PF contributions, and legal action can be taken against employers who fail to deposit these funds.
4. Collect Evidence: Ensure you have all relevant evidence such as salary slips, employment contract, and email communications regarding PF deductions. These documents will support your case during any legal proceedings.
5. Seek Support: You can also reach out to labor unions or organizations that specialize in labor rights for guidance and support in dealing with such issues.
6. Stay Persistent: Dealing with PF discrepancies can be a lengthy process, so it's important to stay persistent and follow up regularly with the concerned authorities until a resolution is reached.
By following these steps and seeking appropriate assistance, you can work towards recovering your PF amount and holding the organization accountable for their actions.
