No more Returns under EPF Act - Notification
There are various forms required to be filed on a monthly basis, such as:
- Form 5: Addition of Employees
- Form 10: For Exit of Employees
The Electronic Challan Cum Return (ECR), which was introduced in 2012, replaces all the above requirements. To verify ECR validity, please find attached the Government Order notification.
