I have some queries about my gap experience. I have done my MBA-HR from India and have 3 years of experience in recruitment. Right now, I am living in the US on a spouse visa. I can't work here until 2016, so I will have a significant gap in my career. I am planning to return to India at the end of 2016.

Concerns About a Career Gap

I want to ask about how companies consider a 4-year gap. I don't want to convert my H4 visa to an H1 visa due to the US lottery system; I don't want to take that risk. Can anyone suggest something else so I can fill this gap here?

I need your suggestions and guidance. Please help me. I am very worried about my career.

Thank you.

Concerns About Employment Gap

I would greatly appreciate your suggestions and guidance. I am quite worried about my career. Thank you.

I would like to inquire about how companies view a 4-year gap in employment. I am hesitant to switch from my H4 visa to an H1 visa due to the uncertainty of the US lottery system and would prefer not to take that risk. Can anyone suggest alternative ways for me to bridge this gap in my work experience while in the US?

I appreciate your suggestions and guidance. I am quite concerned about my career progression. Thank you.
