Rejoining After Resignation: Can an Employee Use Their Old PF Number Again?


One of our employees resigned six months ago to pursue higher studies and withdrew his PF amount at that time. Now, he wants to rejoin the same organization. Can he continue with his old PF number? Are there any formalities for this purpose? Kindly provide your valuable advice.

Dear friend If he withdraw the PF earlier he can not be continued in the same Number. Hence you have to allot new no and the contributions has to pay to the new no only Regards Alphonse 9443625359
