Welcome to the Forum.
Before entering into any new business, one must have knowledge about the whereabouts, basic concepts, profits, risk factors, financial condition, and team realization.
If you own a truck without any loan or bank liability, you can explore various opportunities. However, if your vehicle is under a loan with fixed EMIs to the bank, I recommend seeking tie-ups with large companies where you can rent out your vehicle for their use. Such companies offer good payments with relatively lower risk factors in such arrangements.
In such situations, a written agreement covering details like duration, payments, risk assessment, etc., will be necessary. The driver and assistant will be under your supervision, responsible for vehicle maintenance, and payouts will be made as per the agreement against your invoice or demand.
Without information on the number of trucks, liabilities, experience, etc., I am unable to provide further suggestions. Please also clarify if you operate as a firm/company or under any legal organizational status.
Feel free to contact us for any further queries.
