Hi all, am looking for govt.notifications/orders/circulars which respect to grant of benefits for AMCs like EPF, ESI etc Do AMCs fall under the purview of such benefits? Please help and elaborate....

Understanding AMC Contracts and Employee Benefits
The AMC is a contract for service, so no contributions towards PF or ESI need to be made. Under AMC, the employer has no idea or record of the number of visits or the person(s) who visit. The employer has no control and supervision over their operations; therefore, no employer-employee relationship is present in such an engagement.
