Whether the company itself is closing up, or is it a question of the closure of only one manufacturing unit?

Every established and old company has faced such a problem during their existence, and every company devises its way to overcome this situation if they wish to continue.

Unfortunately, you have not provided any detailed information about your unit. Any interested member would find it difficult to suggest anything substantial unless they have more information.

Warm regards.

Dear friend,

The closure depends on the number of workers engaged under the Industrial Dispute Act. For closure, there is closure compensation for workers, and permission from the concerning government is required.

Under Industrial dispute reasons, clearly state:

1. Financial difficulties
2. Accumulation of undisposed stocks
3. The expiry of the period of the lease or license

Workers are entitled to compensation under the Industrial Disputes Act, Section 25FFF.
