You can receive your pension after reaching the age of 58. Until then, you will need to wait by obtaining the scheme certificate form from the pension office. Once you turn 58, you can apply for your pension with proof of your bank account using the 10D and 19 forms. If you have already reached the age of 58, you are eligible to apply and start receiving your pension.

You have stated that you have a service of 9.11 years. If the decimal is correct, it is a figure below 9.5 years. Then you are not eligible for a pension. Accordingly, you will get a one-time withdrawal benefit by applying with form 10C. If you mean it as 9 years and 11 months, you can't get the above withdrawal. Instead, you are eligible to get a pension.

I am just 33 years old now. As per the rules, if I claim a pension, I have to wait 27 years. Waiting for such a long time seems challenging. Additionally, if I have to move to Nepal, how can I receive my pension there?

Alternative Options for Pension Withdrawal

Could you please provide me with alternative options?

Thank you.

The minimum age to receive a pension is 50 years. However, to be eligible for a pension before turning 58, there are certain conditions to be met:

1. You should not be in a PF applicable service.
2. For each year below 58, you will lose 4% of the pensionable amount.
