If an employee has resigned and not served their notice period fully, resulting in unresolved handover procedures or pending issues, can the company hold the notice period salary, bonus, and full and final settlement (FnF)?

Legal Implications of Holding Dues

If the employer requests the employee to come and resolve the issues so that all dues can be cleared, but the employee does not comply, what are the legal terms? We want to send a letter to that employee to come to the office and clear the matters. Can the employee take any legal action in this situation?

Please advise.

Regards.
