An employee is eligible to take CL and SL during the probation period. PL is entitled only after the completion of 240 days. Please check your leave policy for further understanding.

With regards to your second question, PF is deducted from the Basic Salary and not from the Gross Salary. TDS is deducted from the total earnings/income of the year.
