Administrative charges are payable on pay (i.e., Basic, DA & RA) and not on PF/VPF amounts. This pay, on which administrative charges are payable, applies to employees other than excluded employees. This means the pay on which PF/VPF is deducted. You are requested to refer to the explanation in Para 30 of the EPF scheme.
