Hi After relieving from your employement only u can withdraw your PF. For that you should wait for months time and submit withdrawal Form 10C & Form 19

Considerations for Withdrawing PF Amount
It is advisable to allow the PF amount to grow and earn you compounded interest rather than withdraw it unless it is such an emergency and you have no other avenue (which should not be the case as banks do give education loans). Years later, you will feel happy you did not touch your PF.
