I am working in a software company and have completed 1 year. However, the company does not provide a salary slip; they pay me in cash. As a result, I am considering switching to another company. My question is, will there be any problem without a payslip? I do have an offer letter, experience letter, and relieving letter.

Facing Challenges Without an Experience Letter

It is natural that you will face some problems without having an experience letter as well as a relieving letter from your last company. Your experience certificate will prove your work experience and be beneficial for negotiation with the offer provided by the new company. You need to approach your previous employer if you have left your service, to provide an experience as well as a relieving letter if you have left your job.

It seems from your query that your name was not on the muster roll of the previous company; that's why they were paying your salary in cash. In the present scenario, everyone has significant concerns about financial transactions regarding the payment of salaries to employees. Obviously, your company will also be audited by auditors from time to time. Kindly make a gentle request to your employer to provide the same.
