Can anyone kindly guide me on the following requirements for a goods lift:
1. How many buffers need to be provided? (Kindly mention the source of information)
2. Basis of counterweight? (Kindly mention the source of information)
3. What is the interpretation of efficient devices as per Section 28(2)(b) of FA, i.e., efficient devices shall be provided and maintained capable of supporting the cage together with its maximum load in the event of breakage of the ropes, chains, and attachments.
