I am working as an Assistant Manager (EHS), and I have been assigned the task of upgrading the EHS standards of our suppliers. I have been asked for the following:
(1) EHS Supplier audit
(2) PPE standardization at the Supplier's end
(3) Supplier common guaranteed programs
Please guide me if any of you have experience with similar initiatives.
