Dear Seniors, I am working as an Assistant Manager (EHS), and I have been assigned the task of upgrading the EHS standards of our suppliers. I have been asked for the following:

1. EHS Supplier Audit
2. PPE Standardization at the Supplier's End
3. Supplier Common Guaranteed Programs

Please guide me if any of you have experience with similar initiatives.

Regards and thanks,
Habeeb S.

The details provided by you in the query are inadequate. However, the following points might help you prepare:

EHS Policy Considerations

1.0 First and foremost, does your company have an EHS policy?

2.0 What points are covered in the policy concerning suppliers? Once you have this information, you can focus on the following when auditing your suppliers:

• Does the supplier have an EHS policy in place, duly approved by the competent authority?

• Is the supplier committed to following all applicable statutory laws?

• What valid quality certifications does the supplier possess?

• Is the supplier committed to not employing child labor?

Points 2 and 3 of your message require elaboration.
