Earnings and Deductions
- **Basic Salary:** 40 to 50% of gross salary
- **Deductions:** PF as per basic
- **HRA:** 50% of basic
- **Deductions:** Food (if any)
- **Conveyance Allowance:** ₹800
- **Deductions:** ESI 1.75% (if applicable)
- **Medical Allowance:** ₹1250
- **Deductions:** Professional tax as per rule
