I'm pretty sure about Kaizen practices and their positive impact on organizational growth. I am trying to understand the concept of Kaizen and how it can benefit my organization if implemented at my workstation. Being in the HR industry, I would like to know how to introduce and implement Kaizen in HR processes. I would highly appreciate it if you could share your ideas, thoughts, or examples so that I can strive to implement this system at my workstation.
