Dear All,
Let us now understand the difference between the cost of construction and the cost of the project. I am looking forward to your help in this regard. Previously, the same applied to the cost of the project, i.e. all expenses excluding the cost of land and compensation payable under the Workmen's Compensation Act of 1923.
I need further clarification from all of you with your expert knowledge regarding the applicability as per the attached verdict.
