Earned Leave Policy in the Hospitality or Service Industry
Please provide details of the Earned Leave policy across the hospitality or service industry. We work 6 days a week, and the probation period is 6 months. Are Casual Leave (CL) and Sick Leave (SL) combined and given as 12 days in total? Can Sick Leave be calculated separately?

Earned leaves change from company to company. I used to work in hotels before joining this pharmaceutical company, where managers and executives were entitled to 25 earned leaves after one year of service, while those below the executive level received 15. However, in my current company, we only get 14 earned leaves.
Regarding casual leave (CL) and sick leave (SL) for executive to manager level, we used to have 7 CL and 7 SL, and for those below the executive level, it was 12 CL and 12 SL for a year. It's important not to combine CL and SL.
