Very nice article, Mr. Dilip. Thank you for sharing. I am observing the same in my office as well. I try to talk to my colleagues and motivate them as much as possible and convince them to take a day off.
In my point of view, every HR professional has to consider the employee's perspective and communicate with each employee, understanding their activities and thoughts.
