Thank you for the very nice post. It is a very good book, and I hope readers would use it effectively. While everything about the book is good, to me, the icing on the cake is the reference made to Dale Carnegie's Quote: "In a discussion, everyone wins. In an argument, no one wins."
Someone improvised it: "Fools argue while Wise reason out."
