Hi! We are a pan-India organization. As each state of India has a different salary band, we are having difficulty in designing salary bandwidth for different designations. Often, we are finding that due to differences between cities, lower designations in one city are receiving higher salaries than higher designations in another city. Do you have any suggestions on how to design a designation-wise salary band?
