Dear Arjun,
Anyone can transfer their PF amount, whatever is accumulated with the previous company. He/she can perform the task even on the first day too. The only thing to be clear about is that he/she must have a new PF number in the current organization when fulfilling Form 13, which is mandatory for PF transfer cases.
