I have been issued a UAE work visa last month; however, I did not go to the UAE as I found a better offer somewhere else. Am I banned from the UAE since I did not use the visa, or does the visa need to be cancelled? Can I come to the UAE on a visit?

Yes, you can very well go to UAE again on fresh Visa, if the visa earlier endorsed is "expired". Check when is visa expiring. You are not banned. Ukmitra

There is no visa endorsed on the passport I received visa by Email and that is not stating expiry date!

Opps, yes for UAE, you get the visa paper. In a hurry, I wrote that it happens for Saudi Arabia. All visas issued will be for a validity date. Please approach any overseas recruitment agent if you are unable to decipher it.

I am working in saudi arab I got an offer from dubai and they send me visa which is employment due to some reason I was unable to join that company at that time.
After a month I have another offer from another company now I am ready to join but above visa is still valid till 31st October.
So can you please tell me new company can issue new visa after 31st October or not or I am banned.
