Dear Nandini,
There is a lot of discussion in this forum on LPG storage. Please type your query at the top of this page. However, if your cylinders are in a manifold, then it is okay; otherwise, you have to obtain a license from the Department of Explosives. Attached is a photo of such an LPG manifold that does not require any license. Please revert back in case any more details are required.
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir

Dear Nandini,
If you are storing more than 100 kgs of LPG (more than 5 cylinders), you need a license from the Controller of Explosives. If you connect to a manifold, you don't need a license. However, you need to comply with BIS standards for storage/manifold safety requirements.
