Induction vs. Onboarding
Induction and onboarding are two different things:
- **Induction:** This process involves making the new joiner familiar with the organization's processes, procedures, goals, vision, mission, and also introducing them to other employees.
- **Onboarding Formalities:** This process involves the completion of joining formalities with the new joiner at the time of joining.
I hope this clears your doubt.
