Thank you for your good initiative. We've got good evidence that people need to be relaxed to be creative. When you ask people where they get good ideas, they almost always describe a situation that's relaxed, with the body on autopilot and the mind free to roam. A workplace with many engaged workers is often not "laid back." Workers are involved in doing productive things, and they care about outcomes. This generates a lot of stress, although that stress is mostly positive. In my opinion, the best workplace for creativity and innovation is one where workers feel safe and valued but also has the high energy of a productive team.
Meanwhile, we Indians start comparing our work, designation, salaries, work profile, and welfare facilities with our friends, neighbors, and social network friends, which leads to a lack of interest in engaging with work at the workplace.
I expect many views from site friends.
