Dear All, can anyone come up with a format in which we can reply to employment verification emails? Currently, I am assigned the task of responding and authenticating the emails of our ex-employees' employment. Please provide the format to reply to those emails.

There is no specific format for ex-employee verification. You will receive the verification email from the verification agents or from the employers. Therefore, you just need to fill in the details in the relevant places.
