I am trying to file Annual Returns for 2011/12 (Mar 2011 to Feb 2012) in Form 3A & Form 6A. On reconciling, I find that an amount of Rs 24/- is short-paid under Account no 21. SBI is insisting on a cheque and a PC-generated challan towards this payment. Can someone help me with the format? I would also be thankful if someone could send me the format for the payment of monthly contributions for March 2012 (year 2012/13).
