Dear All,

Attached is a presentation on Automobile Tyre safety. Maintaining correct pressure is necessary for avoiding accidents and less wear and tear. There are indicators on the Mumbai-Pune highway to keep tyre pressures low, allowing room for air expansion due to heating and to prevent accidents.

Dear Sir
Thanks for sharing the presentation with us... It's providing valuable information’s...
I was having this presentation and gone through earlier also... But not taken it seriously... I feel if at all knows about these safety tips whether anyone will be following or take caring this much about tires or not???
Any industry checking these points as part of their employee’s vehicle entry safety check points into plant...
We have system of checking quarterly the vehicles of all our employees and contractors, but that checklist not at all covering these points... We are mainly checking two parts, one fulfilling legal requirements like license, RC, Insurance & PUC and other is physical fitness like horn, rear view mirror, brake, self, etc...
Thanks in advance...

Dear Sudir,

I found it very useful for all who sit behind the wheel. I would say this is wonderful and informative stuff. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Well, I have a question: are the information provided applicable for all the tires that are being manufactured in India under the "In-India for-India" concept? Given that our road conditions are quite poor compared to other developed nations, I have doubts about the quality of Indian-made tires. Are factors like the air pressure to be maintained, the tread, the speed symbol, the load index, and the expiration date still valid for Indian-made tires? Please clarify.

Thanks in advance.
