Firstly, I would like to inquire whether a degree from CDL will help kickstart my career in HR or not. Secondly, will my 4 years of experience bring value to my HR journey, or should I consider starting fresh in this field?

I also started as a Front Desk Executive. Later, after 4 months as an Executive in Administration, I learned basic HR functions like attendance and timekeeping, etc. So, I believe you don't need to start as a fresher if you have a good hands-on admin profile. But keep visiting CITE HR and try to learn from threads and postings to understand HR work, responsibilities, and to expand your knowledge. I did the same, and today, I am successfully handling the HR department single-handedly. Whenever I get stuck, I seek help from seniors at CITE HR. You can do the same.
