All Dear Seniors, I want to know that, is any circumstances, where any organization is exempted from EDLI Contribution.

If the eployer provide better benefinits than he EDLI, they may be exempted. They need not pay the admin charge of 0.01%, but have to pay an inspection charge of 0.005% to EPF. Abbas.P.S

Thank you very much for your kind guidance, sir. How can we ensure that a contractor is providing better benefits to the employees? One of our contractors is contributing as you have mentioned above. You also mentioned that they do not need to contribute the admin charges, but what about the contribution in A/C 21 (0.5%)?
