Greetings to all seniors, We are going for an industrial visit for four days to Rudrapur (Sitkul) in February. We will be visiting the food industry, auto industry, or IT industry (any two industries). Our teacher has instructed us to prepare a questionnaire for personnel knowledge for the visit. It is essential to have prepared questions as you may go blank at random, resulting in no gain.
Questions for Industrial Visit
Now, my questions are:
1. What kind of questions should I prepare for these industries as an MBA HR & IR student?
2. There will be an interaction session as well.
3. Which topics should we brush up on before going there?
4. Our teacher emphasized that the questionnaire must cover both HR and IR aspects.
5. After the industrial visit, we have to submit a comparative report on the same industry to showcase what we have learned.
6. Since the tour spans four days and we will visit 4 to 6 industries only (each industry for 3 to 5 hours), please guide me on the types of questions I should prepare. This will help me gather more information within the limited time and assist me in my project and viva.
