True!
Because we get back what we desire for, if we are positive and clear about our goals, then that positive energy will help in achieving our goals. So be positive, be happy, spread positiveness, and enjoy the happiness of life.

Dear Ajeet,

Thanks for the appreciation, and I hope everyone believes in the positivity of life.

You know, the universe always asks us what we want and desire. It's upon us what we answer; if we think and answer positively, we receive the same, and if we think negatively, we receive negativity.

That's "The Secret" of life.

Hi Avs,

Thanks for sharing. In my experience, I always advise people to work smart but not harder, which also involves discipline.

I prioritize working smart to maximize my potential and contribute more effectively to the company. I consider this my duty and my primary aspiration.

We have all achieved many of our set goals and continue to strive for more. My management style is straightforward – I encourage my staff to work collaboratively as a team with a shared mission of driving the company forward. In our team, we have a collective goal to successfully complete projects, where there are no individual heroes or heroines.

As you mentioned, when you actively pursue your goals, they, in turn, work towards your success. It is the same with your plans – investing effort into them yields results.

Cheers,
John

Hi Seniors,

I am a fresher in the HR domain, working as an Assistant HR for the past 3 months in a food manufacturing company in Bangalore. I would appreciate your suggestions on innovative initiatives I can take for the welfare of the employees.

Note: My company is covered under the Factories Act, ESI, and PF Acts.

As the HR manager for a reputable IT industry, we have discovered through screen monitoring that many employees visit social networking sites, watch videos on YouTube, stream live cricket matches, or browse other websites that are not work-related during working hours. I am considering discussing the possibility of monitoring the screens of both senior and junior employees in our company.

Would it be appropriate to implement screen monitoring for all employees to ensure they are focused on work-related tasks during working hours?
