I want to know differentiations between Six sigma ND ISO.. And more over how useful to HR people to under go six sigma training?

Khadir has given you good links and advice for the first part of your question. Unless your organization is using Six Sigma and/or the top management is committed to its use, getting trained in it would not be of much use.
