In my appointment letter, as well as in Form 19 and 10C, my correct name is mentioned as "Mr. X." However, when checking the status on http://www.epfindia.com, a name mismatch was identified. Upon reviewing my salary slip, I noticed that there is a spelling error in the name, and my first name is missing.
Upon searching with the name on the salary slip, I was able to find the claim status on the PF website. What implications will this discrepancy have, and how will the amount be credited to my account?
