There is no specific format for salary transfer to the bank. It varies from bank to bank. Some banks accept a letter on your letterhead with NAME, ACCOUNT NO, AND AMOUNT to be transferred, duly signed by the authorized signatories. Some banks, in addition, take the cheque for the total value.
Nowadays, online payment is possible. For this, contact your bank. This is very easy, and you just have to upload the format, and the authorizers need to approve it on lien. The employees will get the salary within 1-2 hours through NEFT.
