Dear Sirs/Madam,
My name is T Nagaraju. I was working at Agri Gold Group a year ago and resigned from my job due to personal issues. Following my resignation, I claimed my settlement. They processed my gratuity, leaves, service certificate, and full and final settlement letter after 8 months.
My concern is that I did not receive my relieving letter from the company. I am currently job hunting, and potential employers are requesting a relieving letter, which I am unable to provide. Despite showing my service details, they are not accepting it.
I have been attempting to reach out to my former company, but they are not responding adequately and are neglecting to answer my calls.
Could you please advise me on the importance of the relieving letter in my new profession?
Thank you for your assistance.
With regards,
T Nagaraju

I can't understand why the other company people are asking for your relieving letter. The service certificate and the papers related to your final settlement are more than enough. Normally, after completing the handover and relieving process, only the final settlement will be made, and a service certificate will be issued. Therefore, don't worry, a relieving letter is not mandatory as you have the service certificate and final settlement papers with you.
