Hello,
Thank you very much for your advice. I would like to ask you a question. I recently joined a company where I was recruited for the position of HR. However, I have not been given any work yet. They have instructed me to visit all showrooms and also advised me not to disclose that I have joined as an HR. I am not familiar with our company's policies or any information about the company itself. I feel like I am simply wasting my time. As a fresher, I am struggling with this situation. Whenever I ask my GM for guidance, he mentions that I need to understand the employees and their tasks. It's all very confusing.
