Hi,

Can anyone share with me the Excel sheet to manage the company's Business Trips? Being an HR Officer, I am supposed to keep track of all visits of our managers. This includes when they traveled, to which country, for how many days, and who the traveling agent is. In short, I need all the related information about the business trips of the management.

Can anyone share with me their ideas on how to keep track?

Hi,

It's better that you create an Excel sheet on your own with specifications such as:
1. NAME OF THE EMPLOYEE
2. FROM AND TO DATE OF TRAVEL
3. REASON FOR TRAVEL
4. LOCATION
5. SANCTIONED BY
6. MODE OF TRAVEL
7. SIGNATURE
