I believe that the field staff will be submitting their monthly report. In the same report, they can mark their leave days and submit it to HR for the reimbursement of their daily allowances. This way, you can gather the data and input it into the leave register. It might be challenging for the field staff to obtain signatures regularly from their superiors and group heads. Alternatively, you can accept their leave requests through emails as well.
Attached to this email is the leave card for your reference. Please obtain approvals from their HODs and regularize on a monthly basis. Allow them to submit their leave card once a month before closing the salary advice.
