I have pursued an MBA in HRM. I want to join a good organization or MNC as an HR executive. Could you please advise me on how to prepare for the interview, the selection process, and the rounds of the interview? I am looking forward to your valuable suggestions.

It's nice to meet you. We are both on the same track. Well, you should not lose your confidence first; then, you should have a grip on HR basics.
Interview Rounds
When it comes to interview rounds, there will be three, as per my knowledge:
1. Written test/Group Discussion (GD)
2. Technical round (to assess your subject knowledge)
3. Personal interview.
As per my knowledge, these are the rounds.

As rightly said, first, you'll need to have a professionally created resume. Second, prepare yourself for certain analytical and personality tests, as many companies conduct such tests regardless of your discipline.
Good luck with your future endeavors.
