I have pursued an MBA in HRM. I want to join a good organization or MNC as an HR executive. Could you please advise me on how to prepare for the interview, the selection process, and the rounds of the interview? I am looking forward to your valuable suggestions.

Regards,
Neerja.

Hi Neeraja,

It's nice to meet you. We both are in the same track. Well, you should not lose your confidence first; then, you should have a grip on HR basics. When it comes to interview rounds, there will be three, as per my knowledge:

1. Written test/(GD)
2. Technical round (to assess your subject knowledge)
3. Personal interview.

As per my knowledge, these are the rounds.

Hi Neerja,

As rightly said, first, you'll have to have a professionally created resume with you. Second, prepare yourself for certain analytical and personality tests as a lot of companies would conduct such tests regardless of which discipline you come from.

Good luck for your future endeavors.

I got a HR interview next Tuesday from one of my dream hotel. Some nervous about the written test with 2-3 hours. I don’t know what kind of test?
