I am going for a 3-month training program. The organizer of the training has requested a letter from my workplace confirming their agreement to my training period. My workplace has instructed me to draft the letter of approval, which they will then sign.

Will your HR manager just sign whatever you produce? Which department are you working in? If you are an HR professional, maybe newly joined, please prepare a draft and send it to the forum. Let some seniors edit your draft.

Eliminating Copy & Paste Practices

The new generation "Copy & Paste" practice should be eliminated. The rest of the forum is requested not to encourage the lazy and lethargic next generation.

Hi there, I don't understand why this document is necessary. The organization has nominated you for this, and your organization has paid for it. Why do you need a letter of agreement? Unless you paid for this yourself, then it's a different story. Otherwise, I think it's an unnecessary document/process.

Clarification Needed for Drafting Approval Letter

The data provided is insufficient. What training program is this? Is it full-time or part-time, and can it enhance your present skills and be beneficial to your company? Are you sponsored by the company or self-financing it? These details are needed to draft a letter, please.
