I was working for a software company on a third-party payroll. My employer is a Pune-based company, and I was working in Bangalore. I left the company in January of this year. However, my employer is not paying my salary. It's already been 6-7 months since this issue started. My employer has informed me that the software company has not given approval, but they have sent me the salary slip. Can you please suggest how I can receive my salary?

i think if the software company has given you salary slip, then it is your employer which is at fault so you contact the hr personnel of software company and tell about the whole situation.

Hi Sagar,
Have you fulfilled the employment contract and its terms and conditions? Or have you implicated yourself in any domestic inquiry related to discipline?
These are vital questions to consider before leaving, as prior notice must be given when you leave the organization, clearing all accounts. If there is any disciplinary inquiry pending against you, it can be very difficult to leave the organization.
If you have completed the necessary formalities for leaving, there is no need to be scared. Take the following steps: Send a registered post regarding your due salary with all documents such as the last three months' salary slips, bank statements, acceptance letter or release letter, and give a minimum of 15 days for the due salary to be disbursed into your account. Wait for 15 days. If they do not release your salary, organize the above documents along with your registry post slip and consider going to the A.L.C. State or Central. First, check whether your establishment falls under the State or Central jurisdiction and plan accordingly for seeking justice.
Have a nice day!

Sir,
1. Have you resigned from the company as per the terms of your appointment?
2. Do you have the resignation acceptance letter?
3. Has the company relieved you from the services?
If your answer is 'YES' for the above, then your employer should give you the salary. Whether any other company provides approval or not, your employer should pay you your salary. Mere sending of a payslip does not mean that you have received your salary. Either you should receive the cheque/cash in person from the company, or the company should credit your salary into your account. If both have not happened, the company is on the wrong side.
For more clarification, call the undersigned on +91 94813 68985.

Dear Sir,
I worked for that company for 2 months. After 2 months, they fired me, and my recruiter advised me not to go to work. It's been 7 months now, and they still have not paid my salary. I have all the evidence such as salary slips, offer letter, and my ID card. My native place is Odisha, and I am currently residing in Odisha. My job was in another state. Can I file a case in the labor court in Odisha?

I have been working with a software development company for the last two years. Six months ago, our company stopped paying our salaries. Every time I ask my HR about this, the reply remains the same. I have also emailed her every month. She initially mentioned the salary would be paid in the first week, but then it shifted to the 20th of the current month, and now she is saying it will be in the first week of the following month. This cycle continues. I am owed approximately 80 thousand in total. I have a 2-year service bond that ends on April 31, 2015.
