Hello,

Warm greetings,

Hope this article on Corporate Dressing for Girls will be useful. Read it on In the present world, Indian women's wear is no longer limited to traditional dresses. Now they are often seen wearing Western outfits as well. Whichever style you go for, the main keywords are style and comfort. Workplace dressing can be Indian, Western, or Indo-western. No matter which outfit you choose, there are a few things you should always remember:

- Do not wear tight dresses.
- Do not wear deep-cut or transparent blouses or tops that reveal cleavage.
- Avoid heavily embroidered clothes, flashy colors, jewelry that makes sounds, and silver & gold sandals.

Indian:
Saree, Salwar-kurta, Churidar. In Indian dresses, you can also go for colors other than the corporate colors like different shades of green, terracotta, etc. But do remember the following:
- Don't wear dazzling, too much multicolored, wild printed saris, or salwars.
- Avoid heavily embroidered clothes.
- Avoid wearing sleeveless blouses and kurtas.

Western:
Suits, formal shirts, skirts, and trousers. Preferably opt for cotton, Lycra, and linen as they suit all weathers. You can opt for any of the corporate colors. However, for the weekends, you can go for more feminine colors. Avoid wearing flowy skirts. Mini-skirts are a strict no. Trouser length should be one and a half inches from the floor to the back of the heel.

Indo-western:
Short kurtas styled with trouser-like pajamas. (In certain companies, jeans can be worn.) Stoles and short scarves make the look smarter.

Office party wear:
For an office party, if you opt for a Western outfit, you can go for a nice skirt with a feminine-looking blouse. Also, you can wear a jacket with it that matches in color. Go for matching accessories. In case you opt for an Indian outfit, you can go for classy saris and salwars/churidars with matching accessories.
