GLOBAL BUSINESS:
Yes, HR professionals would face challenges, especially in Global Business, especially when it comes to learning new languages, cultures, business practices, etc. Seriously, do we have the time?
HR should be able to produce the metrics for their performance to justify the investments in terms of ROI to the company.
