The calculations are as follows:

Basic Salary Calculation
- Basic: 20,000 (40% of gross)

HRA Calculation
- HRA: 10,000 (50% of basic)

Conveyance Allowance
- Conveyance: 800 (monthly fixed)

TDS Calculation
- TDS: Based on the percentage mentioned by the government.

You can check the thread named "CTC calculation" on this site for more details.

Depends on what rules apply to the industry for government organizations. HRA is 30% in metro areas and 20% in non-metro areas, and 10% for C/Z class cities. Since the thread starter did not mention his industry type, I got confused. Can you please provide the rule which states that HRA allowance is 50% for metro areas and 40% for non-metro areas? This is only for HRA exemption calculation; the HRA allowance part is different from the exemption part.
