Seeking Opinions on Notice Board Usage

Please give your opinion. I am working as an HR executive in a company. Everyone has a personal notice board on their desk. Should I put my job description or daily work schedule on the board?

Basically, on what basis has this question arisen in your mind? Do you have a tendency to forget, or do you want to prioritize your tasks? That's why you are willing to ask the same. Once the purpose is clear, you will receive better advice.

The personal notice board on the desk is consider as "To Do List", in which you need to write forth coming work or daily work schedule/assigned for you. Thanks,

According to me, a personal notice board must be used to help with work, creativity, and motivation. It can also be utilized for the organization's mission, vision, and values. Through the notice board, you should strive to make your work area lively, colorful, and radiating positive energy not only for yourself but also for others.

No, I don’t have a habit to forget, but definitely, i want to prioritize my tasks. As such there is no particular reason for this.

You can surely post motivational thoughts and pictures on your desk. You can also paste materials for work that require quick access, such as important contact numbers and daily/weekly updates that you are supposed to do.

You should have put up a board, but not a notice board. There should be a mention of important work or dates for your update only. However, please ensure that confidential work should not be mentioned on the board.
